Comfortable Retreat

My stay at the hotel was somewhat mixed. While the property itself is beautiful, the service was lacking in many areas. I experienced issues with room accommodation, long waiting times, and a dining experience that left much to be desired. Overall, although there were moments of great service, the consistent shortcomings in service greatly overshadowed the positives.
